Great place to get eye care. My husband and I have been going here for years. The establishment was nice and clean. Staff friendly. The girl doing the eye test with the machines was cleaning after every person with alcohol. I watched her ! We love the dr here. We selected awesome glasses, and I'm excited to get mine!

I have been going to one in Little Rock and the staff there has always been snotty but the one in Pine Bluff I was VERY happy with. Nice people didn't look down on me cause all I had was Medicare. Will not be going back to the one in Little Rock anymore.

Hello, I am a senior citizen> 70 years old! These old eyes have Had many eye exams, and encountered many staff members; I've even had the cataract surgery done and several Diabetic and hypertension consultations. Speaking as my granddaughter speaks, I wanna give a shout out to this complete organization! The receptionist was friendly and caring those on staff that were responsible for Various tests were gentle kind, and even took the time to explain what was happening to me! They all certainly gets points for that' I am truly impressed with the doctor, and I will continue to have him as my optometrist (This is my first time here) Because he was kind moved at a good pace, but didn't rush me explained everything that was going on told me things about my eyes that no one had told me in 70 years I've Read the comments prior to mine and I feel as if they were at the wrong place. The desk staff and the black gentleman that helped me pick my frames were pleasant. First impressions, it doesn't look clean. No effort or thought put into displays and not a great variety of frames. The floor was visible dirty and the bug trap in the corner with dead bugs inside was kind of gross. The optometrist that did the exam was obviously performing kindness. It didn't feel genuine and when I answered his questions incorrectly because I misunderstood what he meant he was visibly annoyed with me. He gave off a bit of arrogance. It made me very uncomfortable and won't be going back.

I arrived a few minutes early. I waited for a short period of time. The eye exam was quick. I felt it was through in comparison. I saw that quite a few people said the service was awful and the staff was rude, how my experience was just the opposite. The staff was courteous & the service was fast. But I did witness a customer really being rude to the staff member. My only complaint is the lens machines in the back & front were not wiped off between customers. With COVID & eye diseases such as pink eye, I did not chance it & I wiped the chin, forehead and the area around the eyes with wipes I had myself. I did say something and I wiped the machines off again before I got up for the next person. I brought my own frames with me and my glasses came back with a few days. I love them !
