Make sure y'all's hours are accurate cause y'all are saying y'all are open today when y'all aren't so y'all are false advertising y'all's business hours and it irritates people when they call up there cause your website says it's open and y'all are closed

I was able to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. There was a bit of a wait the day of my appointment due to a person getting metal into his eyes. They saw him promptly which is as it should have been. The Dr was thorough and didn't rush the exam. He explained how to use the medication he gave me. They have a decent selection of frames in various prices. you do have to send off your glasses ,same day service isn't available. Billings, insurance and co -pays were done properly with no issues.

The whole staff was very polite and helpful! In particular, a staff member named Brittni! There was a deaf client while I was waiting for glasses. Britini realized this and promptly switched to a face shield. She also started using more hand signals to help communicate. I don't see this very often up here and loved seeing the hospitality

Charged me for a specialist copay instead of my eye insurance copay because of a degenerative eye disease. Was told it's always done that way, but my old eye doctor for 5 years never did. I will never go back to vision care. Don't care about the patient and just after more money in their pockets.
