This was the best experience I've had getting glasses for me and my boys. The gentleman helping us went above and beyond to make it a positive experience and truly put in the effort to make sure we found exactly what we wanted and needed! I purchased a new pair of glasses as well as sunglasses and was out in an hour with both pairs. I will never shop anywhere else for my eye needs. Dr. Webb was awesome. She took her time helped me understand what was going on with my eyes. She gave me things to do that would help with my condition. I'll definitely be coming back to see her next year. And then the staff that took care of me with my glasses were so great. They helped me pick my glasses out. They took time with me. I didn't never felt rushed, and their attitudes were amazing. Definitely the spot to get your glasses and an An eye exam. Plus, I was able to do it all on a Saturday and not miss work. If I could give 10 stars, I definitely would.

This was my first time I have used Eyemart Express. The second I walked in the door I was immediately welcomed. They were very busy but only waited about 6 minutes. Lashounda Helped me and she was fantastic. She was very friendly had a great personality and demeanor. I had already scoped out the frames and found a pair I liked then she pulled out a few more similar frames to try and i ended up going with a nicer more expensive frame that my vision insurance fully paid for! I just got them yesterday and I absolutely love my new frames!! I was disappointed that Lashounda was not working yesterday but the girl that helped me was excellent and had a great personality! I wear progressive tri-focals, they do not make the progressive tri-focals in their One Hour Lab, they have to be sent out, which did not matter to me it was about 6 days and worth the wait. I will be definitely recommending Eyemart Express!!

They had lots of choices. The customer service was top rated. They were super helpful without being overbearing. I got some great glasses at a reasonable price. My lenses are really complex and while they had to send them to a lab, they came back great. With my prescription, in house lens grinding is not an option anywhere. It was a very positive experience.

Good but the man who waited on us was a bit cocky. They were fast and did a good job but the man who waited on us had a bit of an attitude and asked for a 5 star review well I always give reviews based on my honest opinion and experience and not what people ask for. If he had been a bit more humble I'd gladly give him a 5 star review. But as it stands I didn't like his demeanor and so 4 stars is the best I can give.
