I really like Dr.Scott he's is amazing . But the ladies up front that do billing and answer questions are really rude and disrespectful they talk to you like your trash and they don't care if you're a patient or not plus they do test without telling you it's not covered by your insurance so your out of pocket for the test even if you can't afford it. I'm very sad I have to find a new Dr. but I can't be talked to like that and treated like I'm not important.

If I could give no stars I would, extremely rude when calling to make an appointment and get insurance filled. Do not use this clinic. If the doctors and staff are anything like their first point of contact office people, you will be treated with extreme rudeness.

Tried to schedule an appointment for my son and the lady on the phone was extremely rude. Decided to go somewhere else based on that experience.

Young lady in the front to help you with your frames was rude. Bad experience and will look for another Dr to take care of my family that has 4 people wearing glasses that are replaced annually. I'd rather they not know anything and be nice and kind than the bad attitude they displayed.

Horrible place with dishonest people! We ordered 3 months of contact lenses supplies and they sold me 2 weeks of supplies with a red label on box "SAMPLES ONLY,NOT FOR SALE"! I noticed after I got into my car and when inside and confronted staff, they acted confused and nervous and said they order the wrong lenses!

Love the Dr's and nurse's here. The office staff needs to be more clearly informed and clearer when informing patients about what insurances they accept and if in network. Was told they didn't accept for glasses and frames. Was informed they accepted my insurance and I'm not supposed to be charged for exam in network. Was charged and then told that it's because they don't cover the vision part of the insurance. It's ridiculous to tell patients they take your insurance and then sneak in and charge you for the exam. Hate to lose this great Dr over billing issues, but they need to be held accountable for not being upfront about the costs!

The doctors are amazing, but their office staff leave much to be desired. I have went to this clinic since I was a child, and continued with it because of the doctors. I have never had a good interaction with their office staff, over the phone or in person. They speak rudely, even snidely at times, which makes visits uncomfortable. I should not be nervous asking questions in a clinic setting, nor made to feel stupid for them (which has happened several times over the years now). It's a shame.

I wasn't to impressed with the office staff and found them to be very rude They messed on my prescription. I went back and told the dr. She said my prescription was correct but it wasn't I wear distance glasses for driving. I went to Patterson Eye Care in conway. My eyes are even worse now. They got my prescription perfect. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
