I went to SEC with an injury to my eye and a referral from a trusted friend. I am so glad I did. Dr. Zachary was very knowledgeable of how to heal my injury, nor only the process but with specific medications to heal it quickly but also as healthily as possible. The front desk also worked hard to get me in ASAP because they knew I was in pain. I now have a new Optometrist.

I had a wonderful experience with this office. The doctor is very kind and personable, and he really takes the time to listen and explain things clearly. The staff was just as friendly and welcoming. They were on time, efficient, and very accommodating, which made the whole visit stress-free. Highly recommend!

My son loves his appointments and even looks forward to them. The positive energy flows freely in this office, always a good experience.

Customer service response is not there. Been waiting on frames and called but told optical lady was out but she would definitely return my call the next day. Thats been over a week,been waiting on the frames over 3 weeks

If you have any questions about anything it is best to go in person and find out what you need to know. All I wanna do is cancel an appointment. No one answers the phone. If they do answer your put on hold and after 10 minutes your disconnected and when you call back voicemail services for that extension has been cut off. I've left 1 message on extension 2(appointments) and 2 messages on extension 5(office manager) and have yet to hear back from anyone.

My family and I have been going to Sheridan Eyecare Clinic for almost 5 years and we have always had a positive experience with Dr. Zachry and his staff. Dr. Zachry is professional and courteous , making sure to explain what is going on as he examines your eyes. He takes the time to answer questions and cares about your vision and eye health. His assistant Irissa is friendly and patient, and I appreciated how she made my children feel comfortable during their appointment. My kids both got fitted for eyeglasses and I have had my annual contact lens exam here. I would be happy to recommend Sheridan Eyecare Clinic to family and friends who are looking for a new optometrist to care for their eyes .

highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of eye care- for the past 4 years I've received the best care! From ordering contacts, lenses for glasses- pink eye appointments - you name it!

NEW STAFF IS GREAT! I moved here a few years ago and have been looking for an eye doctor local and Dr.Zachry is the one! I dont see how anyone could leave a bad review about this clinic, unless its a fault of your own, they are just that amazing! 10/10 Recommend!!
