Doctors are great!
But looks like the assistants have all the time in the world, i had a 1:30pm appt, arrived probably around 1:22pm and they took care of another patient that arrived after i did. Anyways i didnt get called until after 2:20... whats the point of the text messages saying the dr looks forward to seeing me at 1:30 when i wasnt seen till way after. And dont get me wrong i understand some patients take longer appts than others but this isnt the first time we wait more than 50 minutes to be seen.

The front house service is not acceptable. I had an 815 appointment, arrived at 8 with all the forms completed. At 840 I still had not even made it into the preliminary testing. I cannot understand been so far behind schedule 30 mins after opening. This is simply bad customer relationship.
