The fact that you guys have 4.6 stars is so hilarious. I showed up there today for the appointment I was supposed to have but you didn't even have me in your system!!!!!!! YOU CONFIRMED WITH ME ON THE PHONE THAT MY APPOINTMENT WOULD BE ON JULY 10 AT 3. But instead you wanna ask me if I was even at the right place...... I still have ya'lls number in my recent calls. Absolutely ridiculous having teenagers run this place.

Dr. Followell, is great. He is my favorite doctor as I have many. He takes the time to explain your questions and makes sure you have what you need. His staff is always very pleasant and helpful. Both my husband and I have gone to Dr. Followell since we move here in 2010.

Dr. Followell has taken care of my eyes since he began here. He is always personable and takes all the time I may need. His staff is incredible. They go out of their way to insure my experience in this office is always wonderful.

I visited this place about six months ago for an exam and new glasses/frames. The experience was good, no complaints there. However I am noticing issues with the lenses and I am having difficulty focusing on objects less than six inches from my face. I went in to express my issues to the optician and was told that this is a normal effect of the lens and was offered no additional assistance. I reached out to several more optometry offices in the area and they recommended that I have the lenses sent back to the lab for testing to ensure they were made correctly. It is disappointing this was not a service offered to me by the office staff here, I appreciate the up front experience but due to these issues I will likely not be returning. I spent a lot of extra money ensuring that I get the best quality lenses, it is disappointing to realize I will likely have to get new ones next year instead of once every 6-10 years.

Dr. Followell and his staff are always so friendly & professional. I have been going to his office for a couple of years and I love it. I recommend him to all my friends and family.

Dr. Followell is the best! My daughter and I have been going to him for several years now. He always spends plenty of time with his us answering any questions and explaining what is going on with our eyes and what our plan of action is going to be and why. He and is staff are very friendly and always have a smile on their face. They will always get an A+ from this teacher!
