Called 3 times to check and see if my glasses came in after 22 days of waiting. Put me on hold and never came back. Im going to Wynne from now on.

I Love Dr Chu his very nice and always try to help you but his receptionists are terrible I had an appointment i showed up an hour early got checked in but I wasn't seen till almost closed they just let me sit there till the last minute then acted as if it was my job to let them know I shouldn't to let them know anything it's not my job i came way early for my appointment checked in. It's not Dr Chu he needs i better staff i went to pick up my glasses and they thought I was going to pay them a fee for some glasses that was paid in full i will return because Chu is a great doc but staff no

Why have a number when no one answers the phone to check and see if their kids glasses are in or not it's been almost a month

Never answers the phone, will leave you on hold and forget about you. Takes forever to get an appointment.

I recommend Dr. Chu to any person looking for eye care needs. The best eye doctor by far. A very patient humbled Dr he is and he will explain in depth details about your eye exam, he is very kind and he cares about his patients and if you are looking for great service with care this is your go to..,,

He was so professional and worked quickly! I thought I really had something much deeper than an eye allergy but he reassured me it was just that!!!
