Walmart Vision & Glasses

I went to the vision center on Saturday morning at 9 am to pick up my glasses, I was told by the worker that she wasn't licensed to give me my glasses. Why have her there if she can't pass out glasses? A waste of her time and mine!!!! Do better!!! The Vision Center should've been closed! I'm sure I wasn't the only customer that was very upset that day. The worker was very nice, I didn't get her name but she had blue eyes.

They said they took my kids insurance but after the exam they said they didn't actually take their insurance. He didn't charge me for the exam but I still had to go somewhere else for my kids contacts and glasses which meant I completely wasted my time going here. Then they messed my glasses and contact Rx up and then charged me for a 2nd contact fitting without me asking for that. I waited and waited for contacts to come in and then found out they were never actually ordered.

I was a procrastinating HSA customer in the closing hour of New Year's Eve and Jameisha gave me as much professional attention as if I had been the first customer of the day. Very pleased with her level of customer service, along with the value I received with my glasses. Thank you!

Been going here for years. Dr. Ramos is incredibly nice and very thorough. I've had years of horrible eye Drs. before I started going to him. But hands down my favorite part of this office is the Desk Receptionist in the clinic(? Idk if that's her job title or not) She is one of the nicest people I've had the pleasure of meeting in my life. She makes my day every time I have an appointment.

It literally says walk ins welcome on the door. I was fully prepared to sit and wait my turn. I was a previous patient who just needed an exam and a new prescription because my eyesight has gotten worse. The dr asked me what I needed done today as I was waiting, I told him and he said well thats what we do here. Precedes to wait another twenty minutes letting me sit then saying oh you are a walk in and you have insurance. We are just too busy. We can't see you today. The wait isn't what bothered me, but wasting my time and making me feel bad because I have insurance...... They called me back and asked if I would want an appointment for this afternoon which was nice but too late. I've already found another eye doctor who is gonna fit me in and hopefully be a tad bit more respectful.... Walk ins welcome my a$$

Awesome office! I'm a truck driver and had a bad case of pinkeye and they treated me even though they had a full schedule. The doc gave me a med and I feel better in just one day! Nice to meet good people on the road.

I was greeted by a lovely lady and treated very well. It turned out I needed an eye exam so my appointment was made for the following week.
