There are a lot of 5 star reviews here because they force you to share a review right in front of them, but in my honest opinion, don't order bifocals here! You may not get what you want! We stayed all day at the mall waiting for the bifocals to arrive. This was a total disaster and wasted of time! The bifocals I ordered were placed completely crooked and not aligned properly!! Also they were not as large as she promised and the shape of the bifocal was not square like we discussed, so I needed to re-make them but was limited on time so decided to go with a single lens to be safe and it was prepared in 15 minutes!! The lens quality is not as good as I would expect. It is supposed to be for distance but it seems I can only see clearly in the mid range. They cost me $200 USD!! Tuck was my sales person and I thought she did a very good job with getting me fit for my new pair of glasses. She is very nice and knowledgeable. But whoever made the lenses needs to more training! I think prices are very expensive compared to USA Costco. But, I found nice frames that are not available at Costco. Price includes the eye exam and they had it ready in the same day.

I visited the store yesterday and I was impressed by the service provided by the staff. The attention to detail and care regarding the eye test, repair and recommendation was exceptional. I look forward to visiting the store soon.

The staff was very helpful. I came in and was helped immediately and given a complimentary eye exam by Som. I picked out a beautiful pair of designer frames and they were able to get my new glasses ready for me in about 24 hours. I highly recommend their services. It was such an easy process.

It's my first visit here and I was attended to by Optician Som. She was incredibly professional and found many spectacle options for me that were perfect for my face shape. Once I settled on one of the recommendations, I asked for many different permutations such as thin lens, transitions, etc. Despite many demands, the team was very patient with me and acceded to all my requests, including a good discount. After a professional eye test to check my degrees, i finally settled on one and the spectacles was able to be ready within 24 hours. In fact they even had a bonus Christmas lucky draw. This was one of the best experiences buying spectacles for me. Will be back for sure!

Great service! I was advised by a young lady called Tuck. She was very friendly and patient. I ordered corrected sunglasses and they were able to get the order ready in 3h.

I'm a tourist and I came to this shop to get my spectacle, and despite the language barrier, the experience was still fantastic. The staff, especially Tuck, went above and beyond to assist me. Their kindness and helpfulness made me feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone that wanna get their spectacle!
