I had a very disappointing experience with a eye doctor. The doctor did not listen carefully to my concerns and the eye checkup felt rushed and inaccurate. I was given the wrong prescription, and when I didn't purchase glasses from their clinic, they immediately blamed the optical shop--even though the glasses matched the prescription exactly.
When I returned because the glasses were causing pain, the doctor rechecked my eyes and suddenly my prescription changed from -2.75 to -1.75 in just one eye within a week. That is extremely unlikely, yet the doctor claimed my eyesight "improved because I wore the glasses," even though I had barely worn them due to discomfort. This made no sense and felt like an excuse for their earlier mistake.
Overall, the experience was unprofessional, frustrating, and careless. I left with eye strain, wasted time, and no trust in their service. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone looking for reliable eye care.
