Everyone was very nice, especially Dr. Krivoy, but the wait time was excessive. Thank goodness I'm retired and didn't have to get back to work. I was in the office for 2 1/2 hours for an initial consultation, which included (before the 5 minute visit with Dr. Krivoy): peripheral vision check, pictures of my optic nerve, vision assessment. I will follow up at the office, but I will schedule the first appointment of the day next visit and hopefully, I won't be in the office as long.

Dr. Krivoy treated me kindly and with concern.His support/technical staff members are very kind, efficient and well trained in operating the technology from which they gather the objective data preparatory to Dr.Krivoy's exam. Dr. Krivoy individualized his presentation of his findings, the disease process of glaucoma and his conclusions about my particular case.He tied all the information together with the data he had gathered.plus his own observations and accepted medical fact. I found it all very understandable and I left feeling comfortable and reassured. I would recommend Dr.Krivoy w/o hesitation, and he clearly sits at the top of his field in my book.

Dr. Krivoy's staff made our visit one of the best experiences we have had at a doctor's office. They were not just efficient but were also very welcoming. Dr. Krivoy was so kind and knowledgeable, spending time to ensure we understood all aspects of our care. Thank you to the Angeles Eye Institute and LA Glaucoma Group staff!

My office experience from start to completion was exceptional. Amazed at what should be the norm but isn't - each assistant told me their name and was very specific about what each test was that I was going to take, very detailed and thorough about what would come next and all leading up to meeting with the doctor. Nothing to wonder about, no questions left unanswered. Dr. Krivoy was supportive and answered all of my questions and left me knowing I was in great hands.

I am so glad Dr.Krivoy is my Dr . I know I am receiving the very best of care and this is extremely important since it's my vision we are discussing . The staff are always very polite, professional and accommodating .

My first appointment was thorough. The office operations run well too. While no one wants to find themselves with eye health concerns, I am glad that my optometrist referred me to Dr. Krivoy.
