My wife and I stopped by this LensCrafters inside Macy on the second floor of the women Macy. My wife saw that the frames they had were on sale and it ended today so she wanted to see if they have it in the store. The lady working today was very nice to us. She explained to us that the frame deal price is only online so you have to pay for the item online first and then once they get it or if they have it, they'll adjust it for you. They had some good Oakley sunglasses on display but none that I like. My wife insurance was accepted here and has a good deal, better than the AAA discount they give so my wife decided to purchase another frame there. She got fitted for her new frame digitally since they don't do it manually anymore. You wear a custom alignment sunglasses and they take a picture on the tablet to calculate your measurements.

I went in blind just looking for Anything that would look cute on me and I was completely floored. Ive had glasses almost 15 years and have never been crazy about how they look on me and for the first time in my life I can say thats changed. The two sweetest, most professional and experienced employees spent nearly 2 hours helping me choose the best frame and I am over the moon about them. They found something for me that I absolutely love, is within my budget, and gave me the best advice for them too. Their customer service skills are through the roof. Max and Amy deserve a promotion for how they treated and handled me. This didn't just feel like running an errand, they made my whole experience so fun, positive, and exciting and i could not be happier about the results. I will recommend only this place to anyone needing any glasses. I can't wait to come back.
