Rolman went above and beyond. I came in with broken glasses at the end of his shift and I ordered a fresh pair. But I had a big problem... I still need to go to work. Rolman spent the time helping me track down a good pair so I can go to work on Monday! They even ended up being on discount! I left being able to see again, thank you Rolman

I had a great experience at America's Best! Even though the store was very busy, Erick still found time to help me out quickly and fix my glasses frame. He was friendly, efficient, and really went above and beyond. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service -- thank you, Erick!

Wearing glasses everyday is a drag but trying to find the perfect pair is a bigger drag. I'm honestly very thankful for my overall experience coming to this location. I called to make an appointment and right away Ashley was the best customer service rep over the phone, she made me excited to come on by. Once I got here I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help or came in for an appointment. I then proceeded to get my exam and once I was done it was time to select my everyday eyeglasses . Erick was very helpful when it came to that from giving great suggestions to being supportive and there when I need something unlocked. I'm very indecisive so Erick's patience and support was much appreciated!!! Cindy then checked me out and made my over all ending the best!! She even complimented me on my choices which made me more confident with my decision!! Not even two weeks later and they call me that they have it ready!! Feeling blessed and prioritized not going to lie! Ashley helped me out with my new pairs and she made sure they fit perfectly, to my liking! I loved it!! Honestly this store has the best customer service, friendliness, cleanliness, supportiveness and speediness checklist I have ever experienced. Will definitely be back and I will definitely recommend people to this location when asked!!

My experience at America's Best in Alhambra was great, Emily is the best, both knowledgeable and friendly. My glasses came in just one week! Highly recommend!
