Caring, attentive staff- sometimes it takes a little longer in this office but they remember you and take the time to explain your medical concerns with you. Dr. Haugen was the only doctor to give attention to my migraines, where other doctors merely said that "doctors weren't good with headaches" and dismissed me l, sending me away with extreme pain and no answers. I highly recommend these doctors.

I had glaucoma surgery in 2015. They tried to bill me an extra $500 for the surgery, in spite of the fact I was covered by the Affordable Care Act.. That is illegal. And now, they refuse to see me.

So far, terrible. My first appointment they did not warn me they were going to dialate my eyes, that I might need a driver, or even supply me with sunglasses! I had to drive beck to work half blind at noon in california. They needed to schedule me a follow up appointment- this was incredibly irritating. They kept going on about insurance, I said I have it, I will supply it, but they were worried about how much I would have to pay and I said I am fine with paying i just want to schedule!!! The lady insisted, like as if I couldn't afford it, that it was $150 DOLLARS! Like big whoop?? Ill pay it twice just schedule me the damn visit! She said she would call me back, she tried 2-3 times back-to-back phone calls while I was in a meeting on the same day of the phone call of, ($150 DOLLAR!) day. They never called again. I am too busy for to track down these people and make my own appointment. Worst eye doctor clinic experience ever.
