I had a great experience with the staff and Dr during my eye exam. Very knowledgeable friendly and detailed. I also felt comfortable having all my questions answered. When I went in to choose frames I was shown a wall my insurance covered and when I asked about a price for another frame I was told my insurance covered the ones on the wall but I could get 30% off a second pair and the woman helping left to the office. No one assisted me asked to help with anything or helped me in any capacity other than me letting her know the frames i picked. She didn't get a price for the other frames or mention anything about a second pair. I was told they would call me in 2 weeks to pick up my glasses. I live 45 minutes away so I was hoping they could mail them but was told they would be fitted to me. I was called to pick up my glasses. I arrived and my glasses were brought out I tried them on and said they felt a little weird or maybe I need to get used to them. The lady helping said yes give it 2 weeks and said that's it. I drove 48min there was there less than 20min drive 48 min home and when I went to use my glasses fr work I looked down and they fell off. My right side is wider than my ear they don't stay on they slip down my nose but the worst is if I look down the fall on the ground. The Dr adjusted my prescription for a certain distance because I look down for work and need glasses to read and work and I can't even keep them on and I'm very disappointed in the frame ordering staff and the pick up process as no one helped me and no one fitted my glasses or even looked at them on me touched them asked me to move around or anything. Very disappointed and I don't even have glasses that work. I took a day off from work for my initial appointment and spent a few hours of my day just to pick them up.

The doctor & the check-in staff are excellent!! I rate them 5 stars for customer service. They are kind, friendly, & easy to talk to. The office is well organized. They have a great system that is easy & efficient.

I've been going here for eye exams and glasses for probably 6-8 years. I've never had any problems. My most recent visit I enjoyed how friendly the lady was who did my eye exam. I have some, "invisible illnesses" I had to let her know about and she was great with wanting to understand how they may affect the exam and just being cool about it. When shopping for glasses the woman was knowledgeable about Medi-cal and what they paid for. She helped me to find some different choices and listened well to what I liked and didn't like. I would recommend. I plan on going back.

Staff very rude and over the phone even worse.

Muy larga la espera en una visita dure 1 hora y 45 minutos solo en espera y no habia tantas personas, y una hora y media en revision por ser aprendices. Deberian tomar en cuenta ya que por eso te dan una hora de tu cita me gustaria que respetaran eso. Y en recepcion algunas son groseras y de mal genio.

No me gusto el servicio para nada ni de las recepcionistas ni de las que te atienden y tengo muchas rasones
