Dr. Eric A. Saidi, OD

I don't usually review doctors because each patient and their situation are so very unique. I simply don't usually find them useful. But, every once in a while, you come across an amazing human who happens to be a doctor. Dr. Saidi is the kind of person who looks to tackle the care the patient needs from every avenue. Do they understand the diagnosis? Do they feel comfortable when leaving my office? Did I do enough to manage their pain? Can I open up my schedule to accommodate my patient? These are all things Dr. Saidi did with me, as a first time patient, coming in for emergency treatment for a condition an OD does not usually treat. His office staff takes on his persona, as well. They are all accommodating, professional, and very sweet. If you've got something wrong with your eye, vision, etc, please do yourself a favor and go see this man. He will take care of YOU, not just your problem.

What a smooth, wonderful, and informing visit with Dr. Saidi and his staff. From the receptionist, to the assistant, optician, and of course the Doctor himself. I felt very welcomed having conversations with everyone about our days to even finding out about the Doctor's assistant to which both myself and her are not fans of running in terms of cardio. Easily 10 stars if it allowed. No issues with insurance, payments and any questions I had. The office itself makes you feel right at home. Very clean, organized, and a very friendly environment. Happy to make Dr Saidi and his staff my go to yearly check up for anything having to do with my frames or vision. Excellent stock of good looking frames as well. Thank you for the time during my visit and answering any questions I had!

Everything about Dr. Saidi's practice is perfection. His professionalism, expertise, knowledge, communication, and compassion are unmatched. He has cared for my family's eyes for years. You are in very, very, good hands with Dr Saidi and his friendly, competent staff. You can tell that they truly care about you - a rarity in medicine today.

Everyone at Dr. Saidi's office is great, friendly and helpful. He is such a good doctor really careful about covering everything. Shannon is so great helping choosing glasses.

Took out the contact then was told I needed eye drops or a contact for a coronial abrasion. Would not put a contact back in after removing when I said I didn't want to spend more money on drops. This is after my original estimate was $120-220 and was charged $250 in office. I thought that $250 included the $25 eye drops they tried to sell me in office which I got at the pharmacy a bottle twice the size for $19.95

It's been a very long time since I have been to the optometrist. I was pretty nervous during my appointment, but they all made me feel welcome and everyone was so professional and nice! I feel like he really listened to my concerns and tried multiple tests to ensure I was given the right prescription. I am terrible with names, so I apologize, but the lady who helps you pick your glasses was so friendly and honest, she helped me pick a pair of glasses that fit my face comfortably and that were fashionable. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new optometrist.

I have a pretty severe cornea disorder that was requiring GP contact lenses. Dr. Saidi was a very patient and good listener throughout the process. He explained everything in a concise and clear manner that made me feel comfortable and at ease during each session. The office staff is also very helpful and friendly with greeting and scheduling. I highly recommend Dr. Saidi for any of your optical needs!
