Dr.Barniske is such a sweetheart! And the staff is very friendly also.

They don't bother to answer the phone to answer simple questions tried calling 2 different days it always goes to voice mail. If you won't answer the phone how much else obviously does not matter to this business

The staff is friendly and helpful. The doctor looks out for the long term health of my vision. I am able to see the doctor quickly if there an urgent need, with referrals to specialists if needed. I can get my glasses adjusted anytime. Convenient and easy;

Walked in because I needed a replacement frame for my Step son's glasses. The front desk staff had me out the door with new frames in hand within 5 minutes. This was my first time walking into this location and was very satisfied with the service.

Doctor Barniske is helpful and kind but overall the organization, structure, and most importantly clarity needs to be worked on. I went for a Dyslexic examination which they offer, which I was surprised they do. He gave me an assessment and told me I do have dyslexia and told me the exact type. In doing so he told me to come back and he would proceed to help with my dyslexia, I came back three weeks later to do what I though where more test, but then they proceed to do an eye exam on me which I stopped immediately and asked why are you doing this. They told me that they do not do test for Dyslexia which floored me since I just got an assessment 3 weeks ago. The good doctor then told me he wanted to examine my eyes for focus and that is what he meant, he never once told me about doing this or made it clear to me. He specifically told me he was gonna do test for dyslexia exercises which is for the brain and not my eyes. He then proceeded to give me a outdated sheet with dyslexia programs here in the valley. If it wasn't for me reading and looking over the entire list and seeing that the entire dyslexia program is from Imperial Valley College and IVC is closed due to COVID-19 then I would have been at a dead end. I give them one star cause if one thing I hate more than someone/business wasting my money it is my time which they did both.

I have been a patient for years and I think doctor is awesome but staff is extremely rude . I am currently looking for another eye doctor

I definitely recommend this place staff is very helpful. They answered all my questions and were very helpful when I was choosing the right glasses.
