Attentive Eye Care Optometry

Paid for exam to get contacts I've been wearing contacts for over five years, never had any Problems as I've had with these contacts. The Contacts that I bought rip very easy Also irritate my eyes brand was bio Finity another thing I've noticed I cannot see perfectly clear with the contacts. It's a hit or miss sometimes they're good sometimes they're not as far as seeing different things and reading different things when I go in his office I can see stuff fine when he does the exam?when I go home to the grocery store, different places can't see clearly doctor is nice but I just feel like I have wasted money for this year's set of contacts because they're just not working . I am on a fixed incomeThey're supposed to last a month they're lucky if they last two weeks I did mention that to the doctor and he told me well I'm not doing something right everybody wears those kind of contacts. I'm not stupid. I know what I'm doing. It's something about these contacts or his exam, that's making things difficult for me. But I guess I'll just continue with the old place when it's time to renew because these contacts for this year just didn't work out. Somewhat a waste of my $250 It's like I'm stuck with what I got for the next six months. They won't last six months but it is what it is if there was half stars he would have gotten 2 1/2 But there wasn't this is why he got a three.Just Wasn't 100% satisfied. he did give me the option to come in and get an extra pair of contacts they had or he would have to redo the exam for a different type of contacts which he didn't seem to thrilled about or say if it was gonna be a cost so I took the contacts. I know it's not me because in the past when I had other contacts they would tell me not to sleep in them and I would sleep in them. I'd wear them swimming and do all kinds of stuff and they never bothered me like these particular ones have done and these ones I have been very careful. I've only worn them during the day taking them off at night very careful so I don't know there's your review. Thank you

My daughter and I have been coming here for a few years now, and I always appreciate the attentiveness and patience of the entire staff. Especially with my 10 year old daughter, makes any doctors appt run smoothly. Everyone is so kind and takes the time to educate you if you have any questions. Just like any doctors office/clinic, there are times they may run behind but the care provided makes up for it. And to be fair if you're seeing the doctor early in the year when everyone is making appts, there might be a delay. But majority of my previous appts went by quickly. Lastly, I appreciate how the doctor remembers my daughter by name when I go to my appts alone. So sweet!

I've had only amazing experiences at this office! The front desk staff were so kind and helpful throughout the entire process and really took their time in making sure I was happy with my glasses. Dr. Tran is very thorough in his examination and will take the time to answer any of your questions. After my first exam here, I recommended my family to come and they also had wonderful experiences. We've found our eye doctor for life! Highly recommend.

This doctor truly exceeded all expectations for me and my family. He was incredibly patient, caring, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The eye exam was very thorough, and he used modern technology that made us feel confident and well cared for. I've been a Costco member for over 20 years and have seen many doctors, but he is by far the best doctor in Orange County. I highly recommend him to my friends, family, and anyone looking for exceptional eye care.

I arrived ten minutes before my appointment time, and I had already completed my paperwork. I was seen for the pre testing by my appointment time, and then waited over an hour for the doctor. He never even approached the chair I was in, asked me a few questions, and told me I shouldn't wear contacts because I MIGHT get an eye infection. I've worn contacts for 40 years, and I would wear glasses but the last four pairs I've gotten have not worked for me. He refused to do an exam and give me a contact lens prescription. I will contact my insurance company to make sure this fiasco is not billed for. I should bill THEM for the nearly two hours I spent there for nothing.

Dr. Tran has a holier-than-thou attitude when he talks to you. He is arrogant and preachy and doesn't sympathize with you when you tell him about your issue (the reason you came to see him) which is the opposite of what he preaches. Read other negative feedback and you'll feel a similar sentiment. The office doesn't seem to double-book and they accept Medi-cal so that's a plus but the frame selection is very limited so I decided to not get glasses there.

My son and I were 10 minutes late for our 10AM appointment, but we still received excellent service from Dr. Tran and his staff at Attentive Eye Care Optometry. They provided us with quality eye care with a conscience. Thank you, Dr. Tran and team!

The service is beyond excellent. I have done eye exam at many different places in countries, but this one is the best! The doctor provides me a lot of knowledge regarding my eyes and eye care.
