I was referred to Dr. Berg by my normal optometrist for lasik surgery. The initial consultation was busy but the actual surgery itself him and his staff did a fantastic job of making me feel relaxed and comfortable. Some of the staff in the Burbank office particularly are rude but Dr. Berg could not be any nicer and did a great job. I'm a month out of surgery and have 20/20 vision with no issues.

My family and I have been with Dr Berg off and on for the last 30 yrs and we have always had a pleasant experience. My mother and sister both had LASIK done with him years ago and I just got mine done in March with him. It was very quick and he was very comforting throughout the whole procedure.

Extremely unprofessional office staff. I arrived on time and was told I missed my appointment by an hour, then was asked to wait until the end of the day or reschedule -- even though it was their mistake.
This is the second time this has happened. The first visit, I waited over 90 minutes despite being on time. No respect for patients' time. I will not be returning.

Not mine but the appointment is for my mom. We always come on time but always have to wait long for her to be seen. They have also canceled on us twice already, one of those cancelation was when we were actually on our way for her appointment. People here who takes and answers the phone are also rude.

This practice is mainly interested by your money. The front desk is rude an unable to give a consultation price besides "$275 and up" for a basic checkup. I've been happy with the medical staff at Berg-Feinfield for years, but this is becoming a greedy operation.

I have been seeing Dr. Berg since 2022 and he's been checking up on me every 6 months. He presented me with the option of the Evo ICL which I didn't even know about before! It turned out to be a successful procedure! I am very grateful that everything was smooth and Dr. Berg took great care of me! Very professional office and great staff!

I called on Tuesday because my I had recommend my son to an optometrist because his eye was bothering him, the optometrist diagnosed him with some metal in his eye. So therefore another optometrist that I call recommended Dr. Berg-Feinfield which I called and spoke with Marie who's was a great help and was able to put my son to be seen right away at the Sherman oaks office. Thanks to her the Dr. saw my so and took care of him. Highly appreciated and I recommend them all!
