Five years later and I still love this place...
Burbank Family Optometry is fantastic! Dr. Wayne Hoeft and his staff are always professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. Dr. Hoeft takes his time with each patient, explaining everything about your eye health and treatment options thoroughly.
The office is conveniently located with plenty of parking, and the prices are very affordable. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the detailed exams and personalized care, every visit has been excellent. Highly recommend!
ORIGINAL REVIEW:Just had my first visit at the new location (used to go to the old location) and it's amazing. Plenty of parking and very spacious. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable! Best optometry office in town!

They would not give me my pupillary distance measurement with my prescription without paying $10 dollars. I don't know, something about that seems not very consumer friendly. I've never had an Optometrist office try to charge me for the Pupillary Distance measurement before. Though perhaps that's just an industry wide practice now. I'll try a different optometrist next time.

I highly recommend Burbank Family Optometry! I got my glasses here and they're great. They have a wide variety of frames to choose from, and the staff was very helpful in choosing my frames. I went with the ones the staff picked out because they were perfect! Overall the staff is very friendly, they have flexible scheduling options including weekend appointments, and they are super efficient. If you're looking for an optometrist and they're in your network, book an appointment!!

Nothing but professionalism. All employees I encountered have been polite, helpful and informative. Optomitrist accepted my choice to be glasses only, no more contacts. Glasses selection was plentiful and fashionable. Parking in structure, and I have found parking on street right in front every visit. Found them through VSP. My go to unless we move far away.

Finally, I got to get my eyes checked by the amazing Dr. Vardanyan! She was so much fun to work with and very thorough with the exam. I had taken 3 pairs of glasses so she can evaluate the conditions; she gave her honest opinion! I realized that my eyes were not as bad as I have been told before! Thankful with her prescription recommendation. In less than 2 weeks, got my glasses back. The staff was welcoming and friendly as well. Thank you for your service!

Very impressed with almost no wait time, excellent doctor in Dr. Craig (Hoeft). He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and thorough. Very current technology. He was excellent with my 8 year old, who had been nervous to come. Office staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I am happy to have found them. I really felt very well taken care of and that the pricing was right.
