Dr Willa Wong is so patient and thorough. I highly recommend her to anyone. My prescription is quite complicated, and I have been to more than a few doctors, and she seems to be the only one who gets my prescription correct. She's excellent!

Great experience all around. I really liked Dr. Wong. Thorough examination and explanation of all test results and what I was experiencing. Emily the optician who assisted had a great, calm personality. Explained all options giving me good choices. More importantly they had styles that I liked and wanted. In the past, I settled for frames that I really never liked for years because selection where I have gone before was limited. With the in-store discount and my insurance it ended up being very affordable and I got what I wanted and they were flattering. Emily was so helpful.

The technician who performed many tests prior to my exam by the doctor was kind, listened carefully and performed his work very well. The doctor also listened carefully, provided me with extremely helpful information and was more thorough with the info she gave me than some of the ophthalmologists I have seen in the past 15 years. I am very pleased with the treatment I received and the professionalism and humanity of the staff. This praise includes the gentleman who checked me in for my appt. and accepted my payment afterward. He was very pleasant and answered all of my questions re: discounts and frame selection. A great experience all around.

The experience was a positive one. I was checked in quickly. My only small issue was waiting 30 minutes beyond scheduled time, however, things happen. A much more detailed exam than any previous eye exam. I interacted with four different people (doctor included) and everyone was pleasant and helpful. A clean place, good selection, and solid staff. I saw one person in particular who was doing a great job checking in the numerous guest. She was quick, efficient and stayed calm. I would recommend this office to anyone who asked

My mother had an appointment, she was treated very well. She left very happy. I make her appointments and help her out.
My only complaint was when I confirmed her appointment through a voice mail, and through text, they still called wanting to confirm her appointment. Which was fine but the person whom I spoke to was very rude, had no customer service skills and told me, that if my mother didn't keep her appointment that they will no longer book her and she would need to be a walk in. My mother has always kept her appointments.
