Dr Tracy Kawamura was very thorough. All of the staff very friendly and professional. I received my glasses prescription and I wasn't harassed into purchasing new glasses. Marilu is so helpful as always!! The staff is always so helpful and kind. My eye doctor is also wonderful, that is why the 5 stars, and why my husband and I chose to come back. But ever since the company was taken over by new ownership, it's not as good anymore when it comes to choosing a selection of frames, it is very limited. So the new management company is ONE star, also the new ownership has implemented so many new rules, that was not the case prior to new ownership.

I went for a routine eye exam, everyone was fantastic. Dr. Bardi was great I have worn glasses since I was 2 years old, I have Diabetes and have had family members get problems with their eyes. I am very lucky that it hasn't happened to me yet. She is the first Doctor that explained everything and even showed me the pictures of my eyes and what to take care of. I suggest giving her the opportunity to care for your eyes.

i've been going here for my glasses and contacts for years. the whole staff is friendly and helpful. they are knowledgeable and have a great selection of glasses. i drive over the hill just to come to them for my glasses, bc i'm sure i could find an eye exam and glasses shop closer to me, but i like these people. i always feel welcome and comfortable here. why give that up to risk something else. its worth the drive to burbank to me.
