The shop is small, but what is lacking in size is overcome by its wonderful staff. The employees were professional and attentive to customers needs, answered all questions, and left me with nothing but an excellent experience! The frames selection onhand is limited, but modern, including a nice selection of commonly sought designer brands. From the shop staff to Dr. Van, you're bound to be satisfied.

Great Customer service. Everyone was so patient, and helpful, caring smiling happy to help. You don't get that to often these days in medical offices. Dr. Was very knowledgeable and experienced. Absolutely loved coming here. I am so glad i found this Dr. Glasses didn't take long even thru the holidays to recieve. I requested email and recieved my prescription. I also was able to get same day appointment to pick up my glasses that were ready. Was happy they were able to accommodate so quickly.

I will never return back to any optical retail chain ever again after taking a gamble and going through eyedeal. The gals there were awesome! I could not get an appt with anyone but I was able to get one a few weeks out. From the moment I called I felt 0 pressure to do anything. Everything was about me making decision right for me.
