Just went in last week as a new patient. Everyone here was very friendly, professional, and thorough. The Dr. walked me through any questions I had. The facilities are very clean and they have equipment that's in excellent condition. Lots of staff, so they are efficient and keep patients flowing through. Glad I gave them a try. Highly recommend for your eye care needs.

My daughter has been going here since she was four years old. They are always so nice and professional. I never got any bad vibes. Everyone is nice there and the doctors are super knowledgeable. Even the virtual ones I recommend either one in person or virtual. also, they are really great at responding to text messages as well. They always answer all my questions and are super helpful booking appointments and their online appointment scheduling is easy to use as well.

Took my mom, Mary, here for her first eye appointment in many years. She has a brain injury so she has trouble speaking and following directions sometimes. The tech, Aimeth, was wonderful with her, very easygoing and patient! I appreciated her efficiency and how she explained every step of the testing along the way to my mom. Jocelyn gave us a quick check-in, and was also great with her, getting her to smile for her photo :). Andres made choosing glasses super easy, explained our benefits clearly and let my mom take her time picking a pair that suited her. The doctor, Dr. Torres, was also very patient and understanding of her condition. She had some trouble reading letters, and the entire time he was very professional and very thorough in explaining what to do and what it was for. Such a wonderful staff overall, and she'll definitely be coming back here for regular testing and checkups. Thank you to the staff for your professionalism and optimistic attitude!

Fantastic job! I was warmly greeted by your receptionist, Jocelyn, and she checked me so quick, too. I told your technician, Imeth, I was nervous and she took her time and throughly explained each process/test she would perform. Dr. Alvaro was the best, he did more tests, explained each test result and the condition of my left eye. It wasn't good news, but he told me my opinions with grace.

Great staff! Andres and Dr Torres were very helpful and knowledgeable! The other staff members were very courteous and kind. I used to go to the Coachella location which was great, but the cathedral city staff was just as awesome, if not more! I have been going to CV Optometry for years and they have never disappointed me! And I have been to many eye doctors in the past! Highly recommended!

I was referred to Coachella Valley Optometry via my insurance company, as I wasn't able to go to Riverside for an eye exam. What a wonderful and helpful staff. Dr.Torres is exceptional, explaining the issues of the eyes and even suggested recommendations to my insurer regarding additional concerns. Complete and modern, professional services. First time seeing the doctor was very courteous explained everything that he was doing and how my eyes were doing I enjoyed being there after the office they took time to let me know step by step that the doctors listen performing. And the staff was courteous and pleasant.

High Tech; Low Touch. In and out in 45 min. I was the ONLY person in the place and they were too busy amongst themselves to really offer quality patient/customer service. It was like how fast can we get done with this patient. I guess my exam was OKAY? I wouldn't consider their approach as "all about healthcare" more "all about revenue". Won't be back. Only customer focused member of the team was the dispensing optician. It was like I disrupted their "day". They also neglected to put drops in my eyes to speed up the dilation recovery. Ryzumvi (phentolamine ophthalmic solution) after your exam, which helps reverse the effects of dilation Took me over 6+ hours to see clearly again. Patient care is way off!
