My husband and I had our first visit with Dr. Or on separate days. We both came to the same conclusion. Dr. Or lacks professionalism and and genuine empathy for patients. He comes across as uncaring and disrespectful. Any questions we had were dismissed and addressed with no real response. Almost as if he was bothered by our mere presence. Tests were done with no real patient consideration. I work in the healthcare industry and you always address the needs with patients as though you were sitting in their place. We will not be returning to this office. Dr. Or should consider taking a hard look at his attitude.

I cannot express how patient and accommodating everyone was; the front office staff, Veronica the office manager, and Dr. Tran. I felt so confident that mom got the best care possible given her limited abilities. My husband, myself, and our son also get our eye care here and we have always received excellent care.

I truly loved their new machine that scans your eyes without needing to be dilated. The Optometrist who tested my eyes was also friendly and gave me a thorough explanation of the results of my exam. I highly recommend this location.
