America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Two pairs of glasses for $95 and they showed up way faster than expected -- absolute steal. Zero upselling, great service, and a super thorough eye exam. Why would I ever go to a regular eye doctor again? These guys fixed my problem in a week. Done and done. Highly recommend.

I love my glasses. I love the price. Most of all, I was extremely impressed with the service, both during the purchase and after. I'm actually writing this review because of the service I received from Tom X when I came in to get new lenses for my old set of frames. I was extremely impressed. All while answering phones and answering questions for other customers, he was still able to give me great customer service. Thank you, Tom, I will always return to the same store.

I walked in for an eye exam and was out in about 45 minutes. The exam went well and I was given my prescription without any pressure to purchase glasses. The staff was friendly and the virtual doctor took her time. They also have a good bike rack, not many businesses do. I had a good experience and would recommend this location.

Heather was amazing! The staff here are awesome I seriously don't see any reason to go anywhere but America's Best for your eye exams and contacts. They're friendly, inexpensive, and fast.

Had a great smooth experience! All staff was super friendly and had great customer service. Caroline & Geargetta helped me and were amazing! Scheduled online easily for my exam, great prices/deals. Even showed up 5 min until close because I got a text my glasses were ready and they helped me quickly and weren't upset but it was a quick 2 min to pick up. Thank you!! I will be back for all my eye/glasses needs!

Best Eyeglass Store! Great Service, fixed prescription from previous Americas Best in another state! Better outcome than expected

Weird experience. I logged into my account and scheduled the appointment online. I am an eyecare club member and have been for years. I've visited multiple locations in multiple states. When this location called to confirm my appointment they asked if I had insurance or was paying cash. I told them I am a club member and it's covered through that. Then when I went to the appointment I had to tell the front desk person too. Then I had to tell the person checking me in for the appointment. Then I had to tell the technician who did the first part of the appointment. Then I had to tell the doctor. Nobody had my information right even though I scheduled the appointment through my account and told multiple people. Plus the machine the doctor used to check my prescription and look at my eyes had something smeared all over it and I couldn't read anything. She just used my previous prescription and renewed it. It was a weird experience. I was thinking maybe it was a brand new facility and they were still working things out but the doctor said it's always been an eye care place and they switched to America's Best over a year ago. I'm so happy there are locations in Sacramento now but this location was a unique experience.
