Well. From the receptionist to the staff and the young doctor, it is amazing. 2 and 1/2 years ago , l stopped driving. I could hardly see the road. Dr Chen (impressively) got my vision back. Now l see 20/25 both eyes, and,... l'm only 74 years young. Now l drove like in my 30's. Dr. Chen you are nothing but the best... despite how young you look

Good service up front, the girls even remembered my name. My tech Anise was very thorough. Dr Hu used the cautious approach however he prescribed Cyclosporine which my insurance doesn't cover. Walgreens cannot authorize the generic in lieu of the Dr prescribed Rx.

Made a follow-up appointment for my 85 yo mother at 10:40am, they didn't get to her till 12:30pm, which was not acceptable at all. I understand how sometimes the patient can take longer than excepted, but they should take less patients and space out the times better. Was not apologizing either, was just kind of liked it is what it is. Unfortunately she have another appointment coming up, which means I have to bring her medicine and perhaps lunch just in case??? What a joke!!!

I'm a first time patient and the so called 'Manager' named Melissa or receptionist not only did treat me badly she was also being very sarcastic and terrible over the phone, I was just trying to set up an appointment and she couldn't even pull up my information or my referral, also got upset because I didn't want to obey everything she said regarding the appointment, one Doctor Brian Chen that only comes once a week and the next available appointment in 3 months, no thank you if this is just the process of setting up an appointment I don't even want to think how will the doctor service will be horrible experience

This office doesn't care how long patients have to wait to see their doctor. Appointment times mean nothing. You will wait 1.5 to 2 hours after your appointment time to see the doctor. Guaranteed! Just be aware.

Staff was very friendly and I couldn't be more pleased with the tenderness of the Doctor during my exam. I informed her of my sensitivity to light and asked me if I'd be more comfortable if she turned off the lights whenever she had to leave the exam room to gather more information. I appreciate her kindness and thoughtfulness that she showed me for a first time patient.
