From start to finish it was a great experience! It has been awhile since my last eye appointment, so I was a little nervous going in. I felt welcomed from the start, and I'm sorry idk all the people that were there but each of the at different times durning my visit made sure I was doing ok and answer any questions that I had! Excited for my new glasses and the brand new look!

I stopped by Stanton Optical, got a free exam, picked out some frames, and was in and out in under an hour. Karina made the whole experience easy -- she was patient, professional, and very friendly. I got my daughter glasses here last year, she kept not wanting to wear them and I assumed it had to do with being a kid. Anyways I took her to her eye doctor and when they looked at the lenses they gave me glasses way off from her prescription. So far off the doctor didn't think they were looking at the same child's. I went into Stanton and they confirmed the mess up with no apology and only offered for me to pay to replace the frames. I love going to Stanton for mine and her glasses so this was disappointing won't be going back to this location.

I bought 2 pair glasses which I took back and told them the problem I was having. The person after consult someone else to send them back. When I got them back they were the same as before. I hate these glasses and I will never go back. I received a call from Lily asking me to come in and let her see what the problem was so I finally went back and it was decided the frames did not work with the trifocals I am used to so Lily helped me pick out new frames and ordered new glasses which I picked up today. I am now happy with the glasses.

Absolutely AMAZING SERVICE HERE!! The girl who helped me with my exam and choosing frames was so knowledgeable and helpful. I wish I got her name, she sold me on the contact lenses 6 month promo deal and helped me pick the best option. She even gave me a trial pair to take home same day! I'm so excited to wear contacts again!
For glasses sales, I was helped by Alex. She was so thorough in explaining everything to me. With all the lens choices she really helped me navigate the different options. Got a pair of sunglasses too that I'm so happy about. Alex really went above and beyond! Will be coming back for sure! Everyone here was awesome!
