I don't know how to put it. The staff was just phenomenal on a Monday morning when no one wants to work everybody there was just extremely pleasant and extremely helpful from the eye exam to the fitting to the payment you'll get your moneys worth through LensCrafters. I apologize. I don't have the two ladies names that helped me. But they just made my day and the doctor for the eye exams also very very welcoming and explained to everything

To begin, I was greeted and checked in by the store manager. As I sat and waited to get called the store manager Jacqueline Aromin reprimanded an employee in front of me, and spoke in a very condescending manner. Jacqueline mentioned she had heard some concerning things about said employee and "would talk about it" once,I, the patient was taken back for examination. I also was told over the phone one thing regarding my insurance coverage and Jacqueline said that it was incorrect and she would have to retrain her staff (also in a passive aggressive tone). I understand we all have bad days but there is a time and place for everything as well as a manner to conduct constructive criticism. I personally would not recommend a friend or family member to this center after what I seen today, and am also considering on whether to come back here for future visits. I hope this is seen by the right person and training is conducted for ALL staff

Alex who did the initial tests was great! Patient, helpful, and informative. Dr. Jung was fast and knowledgeable. Just the right amount of small talk to make you feel at ease. First eye appointment ever and it was an easy and great experience. The other two ladies working were helpful, but not pushy. Made known they were available, without hovering. Great for someone like me just wanting to browse and try on frames.
