Compton Eyecare Optometry

My daughter's glasses are broken. I called to notify that my daughter needs repair for her glasses. The frame is OK. It's just the part that attaches to the ear that needs to get fixed. I was notified by the receptionist that it would be around $45-$75 approximately. I also added that I would bring in a new pair of glasses and just have the frame replaced with the one that she needs. That would also cost me around $70 at least. It's insane to think that kids have to go through this and parents are expected to pay out-of-pocket cost. Her teacher has already called me today to notify me. She's having trouble reading . She is currently waiting for her new order prescription and it's taking at least a month for the order to be processed due to the medical insurance processing time. I will be notifying my daughter's insurance about the situation as well.

I came here for the first time to bring my daughter for her eye exam. Her pediatrician referred me to this eye doctor. From the moment on getting on the phone and making an appointment, their customer service was really nice. On the day of the appointment it was kind of difficult finding parking on the street. I didn't know we can park on the "La Quinta Real" Mexican restaurant's parking lot on the back side. It would have been nice if they would have advise me where to park over the phone. That's a suggestion of mine to let their patient know before hand. Their office receptionist are so nice. They have an amazing team with great customer service. Dr. Francis (sorry if I misspelled his name) was nice and patient. My daughter got her first pair of glasses. Next thing you know, I made an appointment for my self. Completely satisfied with this office. Ps. Their office is small and gets busy but they are quick to take you in.

I recently accompanied my dad to his eye appointment, and we were both extremely impressed with the care and professionalism we received. The doctor was kind, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. My dad felt very comfortable and well taken care of, which means a lot to us. The entire staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for quality eye care!

This optometry clinic is fantastic! I went in for a new pair of prescription glasses and received excellent service from start to finish. The optometrist explained my prescription in a way that made sense, and the frame selection was impressive. I found the perfect pair that was both stylish and affordable. The staff went above and beyond, adjusting my frames perfectly. The experience was quick, professional, and the value for the service and glasses was outstanding. Highly recommended!

This place is awesome and super efficient. At first I was worried because the place was crowded, and I figured I would be here all day. On top of that I went to the wrong location, so I was late for my appointment. I don't think I spent more than 10 mins before I was called in. These guys know what they are doing. I wish I could remember all of their names, but everyone was kind and professional. I've been looking everywhere to purchase hard contact lens, (very few people wear them) so glad they were able to accommodate me. Much appreciated!

The staff are super friendly and very helpful. Your pretty much in and out. Would have gave it 5 stars but the parking is very bad. The Wig shop next door takes up all the parking in the lot and will personally come out and ask are you for the glasses or wigs. And then replies when you say glasses, "oh no, im sorry only for wigs"
