Excellent experience!!! Dr. Chatha and staff were professional and great to work with. They are the only VSP Premier office in the area and they took the time to explain my VSP insurance clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Additionally, they use up to date technology for the review and testing of my eyes and they have a wide selection of frames to choose from. I highly recommend East Bay Optometry

Absolutely wonderful experience. The optometrist and entire staff were incredibly kind, patient, and professional. They took their time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. As someone in a wheelchair, I truly appreciated how helpful and accommodating everyone was, they went above and beyond to make the process easy and pleasant. I'm so thankful for their compassion and understanding. I'm really looking forward to getting my new glasses when they come in! Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent care and genuine kindness. The optometrist was one of the best I've seen and determined what I needed right away. 5 stars!

Such nice staff, literally everyone here ! Shout out to Socorro for letting me take my sweet time trying on so many frames lol she was so patient gave me opinions and was sooooo sweet. Omg . I couldn't decide on frames but she didn't make me feel rushed at all . Loved her . Glad I came here.

Staff was friendly with exception of the girl that was helping me with frames and insurance part . She was a bit bothered and irritated by the fact she had to help me. In addition after I got my new glasses my vision was blurry so I had to go back and get my eyes checked again. They had to order new lenses and now they're saying there is delay in I have to wait even longer.

Dr Chatha and his team, treat me very professional, patient and polite. Dr Chatha answer my questions and do the examination without rushing me, or pushing me to buy new glasses every time, like other Doctors, I previously had seen, that's makes me feel that he really likes his job and cares about his patients and is not only for the money.

Dr is curteous and professional. Assistants are efficient and helpful, parking was easy and close by. One of the best practices I have visited.
