From start to finish, this was a great experience! It was surprisingly refreshing, especially since so many doctors today seem to treat patients based on their insurance rather than their actual needs. Right away, I noticed a difference in the level of care. Dr. Yu personally calls you himself--not his staff--which really stood out. He took the time to truly listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly so I could understand, and gave me multiple options on how to move forward. The staff at the front desk were also wonderful--respectful, friendly, and with great attitudes. I couldn't be happier with the care I received.

I stopped by to drop off my husband's glasses for his new prescription and I asked if I could take a look at their glasses selection and they the lady in the office said yes. She was very nice and helpful , I definitely will be returning back again for my next yearly visit. Can't wait to get my new glasses, and they did have a variety selection in glasses.

Absolutely great receptionist! Doctor is also amazing! I know getting glasses is pretty straight forward but from start to finish doctor helped me really understand what we were doing. Also provided me with an example/ test run of what my prescription would be like before settling.

I have been a patient for about 10 years. Dr. Wu and staff are GREAT!! My teenage son went in for his first pair of contact lenses and they were very patient when it was time to fit them. Dr. Wu is very informative during all check-ups and provides more than enough details. Staff is very attentive. They have many frame options as well. I definitely recommend this facility!

I am so pleased with the service this office provides. They are professional, kind and most of all helpful. I love the eye Dr. He is so friendly, understanding, kind and efficient. My wife found this place, and I've never really been loyal to an optometrist--usually it's just "they take my insurance, let's go." But this has officially become my eye care spot for life. The staff is incredibly friendly and patient, and the doctors go above and beyond to explain your eye health (with a few laughs along the way). Love this place & love my wife even more for finding it!

I've been going to Covina optometry with Dr. Wu since I was a teenager. I've always enjoyed the care and personalization that I receive. For many, many years Covina optometry has been servicing the city of Covina and surrounding areas. I first started there with senior Dr. Wu and everything was great but now I get the have Junior Dr. Wu who I think is just as talented down to earth and fun to be around it. I only wish I had more time and got to visit more often. The girls working the reception area are amazing. They're always on top of things and they always make sure you don't leave until you've taken care of everything and I think a Starbucks gift card is in order for them. I will give you a slightly biased but I have to admit of all the places I had to go to doctors, dentist and everything. Seeing Dr Wu is actually quite delightful and painless. Can't wait to get my new prescription glasses! Thanks for all you do!. Oh, in addition to them being conveniently located on Grand avenue, but they have unique security features at the office. It's kind of neat.
