Optima Health - Crestline

It's taken me quite a while to finish writing this review because I have so many good things to say about Dr. Vasquez and the entire staff here at Optima Health. I've been struggling to find words good enough to describe the amazing people here. I recommend them at every opportunity! I just had no idea what it meant to receive high quality care from a physician until I started coming here last year. What a refreshing change from the status quo From the first visit when I met Dr. Vasquez, I knew right away I hit the lottery of healthcare. He spoke to me in a way that made me feel heard and cared for PERSONALLY by him. It's hard to explain, but this man makes everyone feel special; it's not just me who feels this way. The staff also speaks very highly of him, and they knew exactly what I was talking about when I shared my experience with them. Speaking of staff; a special shoutout to Samantha, Kaylee, and Julia. Not to say that everyone else here isn't amazing as well, but these 3 individuals shine extra bright. Whether it's by phone, or when I come to the office for an appointment, my experience with them has always left me wanting to tell more people about this office. Well worth the drive, even if you don't live near Crestline (I drive 50 minutes to get here). It's so beautiful in Crestline and there's much to do if you can spare some extra time to go exploring before or after your appointment!

the office staff is so knowledgeable and super friendly and very respectful and courteous. Dr. Tadros is a great listener and looks at the patient from all avenues in their lifestyle. Juliette, makala and Samantha are a huge blessing. they get back to you. I could adopt all three.

I had a wonderful experience at Optima Health Crestline. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was incredibly efficient, friendly, and professional. The girls at the front desk made the check-in process fast and smooth, which I truly appreciated. The quality of care I received from the doctors, PAs, and nurses was top-notch. Everyone was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cared about my health concerns. They took the time to listen and explain everything clearly, making me feel confident and comfortable throughout my visit. Highly recommend Optima Health Crestline to anyone looking for a professional and caring medical team!

Dr. Vasquez was great very Knowledgeable and show me he cares about taking care of my problems he got my Referals done before I left the office he sent my medication before I left the office their staff is quick and helpful. this doctor here makes me feel like he wants to help me and not just get me in the office and get me out so he can get his money from the insurance they are great they actually care about people here. I would recommend them to anybody so if you're looking for a good doctor to go to call this place here Optimum in Crestline

They were so helpful in getting my husband's wheelchair. Whenever there is an issue with the insurance they took care of it and he got a brand new wheelchair. Love the staff here very friendly and caring, and the doctors are very caring And take the time to listen to you love this place.

I love this office. They always work with me regarding appointment times, and do their best to always accommodate me. They are also very understanding, knowledgeable, and caring. Dr. Vazquez is the nicest Dr I have ever had and really does his best to address all my needs every time he sees me. Plus, the pharmacist in the same parking lot so reduces your travel time .. sincerely - Mike Giacoletti.

The entire staff at the Optum Crestline office has been superlative. Their patience and compassion for my elderly mother with dementia has been extraordinary. I don't think I have ever seen another office that shows so much empathy for their patients. On top of that, they are extremely efficient and are the epitome of how a medical practice should operate (no pun intended).

I wish I could give 10 stars! Paul, Samantha, Isa, Allyson - the entire staff make you feel so welcome. I went in for an overall checkup, waiting for bad news or opinion, like my other doctors. There was none of that. Dr. Becker's advice was so informative, and he was so patient with me. Like I said, I was nervous and expecting a scolding, lol, but there was no judgment. Just a relaxed conversation like you do with friends. Samantha worked on my appointments like a champ, keeping up with all my questions with infinite patience and knowledge. And I also saw Isa and she is such a star, I feel like we bonded immediately! I hate needles, but I didn't feel a thing when she took my blood sample. I am so relieved to find a medical group that are genuinely great people and provide a safe environment. Now I can't believe I took so long to go!
