Dr. Melody To was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to examine my eyes very meticulously. I really appreciated that she patiently answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything about my eye health.
It's rare to find a doctor who is both so thorough and genuinely caring. She made the entire visit comfortable and reassuring. Dr. To is amazing, and I truly hope she stays at Visual Expressions for many years to come, because she will definitely be my optometrist for years to come. Highly recommend her!

Dr. K was very professional and I love the way she explained everything she was doing to myself and my kids. She was as great for me as she was for my 3, 5, 10 and 12 year olds.

I have been a patient of Visual Expression and Dr. K for many years. Yesterday , my glasses broke and being in a bind , I called in and was booked for a visit same afternoon . Emaan, the technician at the practice was extremely helpful in picking out a new frame and set me up an order same afternoon. Kudos to her.
This practice has some of the best collections of glasses and the staff to help the patient . No wonder , I have been their fan for almost 15 years since they opened.
Recently my prescription glasses came in and it was an outstanding experience from the minute I got to office. The technician Emaan immediately made me feel welcomed and got my glasses and I was done in less than 5 minutes. The glasses fit perfectly and I am so pleased with the improved vision. All I can say service and quality go hand in hand.
