Dr. Wong is nice and good at what he does. The place does seem slightly overpriced but the staff (**specifically Lisa**) is amazing. She's attentive and great to work with.

Quick and efficient contact/glasses eye exam. Their online booking system made it very convenient to schedule an appointment with Dr. Wong. I would go back again.

Went here in 2023 and dealt with the unpleasant Eric Zuniga who sported an unwelcoming scowl on his face back then which has since become permanent. While I ended up with a reasonable product in 2023, I felt terribly uncomfortable the whole time since I was being "sold to". I returned in August 2025 to discuss my options for a replacement frame only to run into Eric again who hastily insisted that I put down a deposit and pick up the frames when they arrive. It was very reminiscent of 2023 and I immediately interjected, thanked them for their time, and vowed NEVER to return. Please spare your wallet and sanity and avoid this place!

Dr. Wong is excellent, and I highly recommend him. However, I wouldn't recommend buying your glasses there unless you are ok getting ripped off. I paid over $600 for progressive lenses to put in my frames. I had to replace them this week and went to Costco. I got two frames with progressive lenses for $450. I compared the features of the lenses from Wink and they were the same. I'm not sure why they overcharge at Wink. It's too bad.

I had a minor eye emergency a few weeks ago and popped in to Wink since it is near my work. The staff was great and fit me in on short notice. Dr. Wong made me feel very comfortable and explained each step of what he was doing thoroughly. I really appreciate knowing that this great team is here when I need them and I plan to continue to use them for any future eye care needs.

This review is months overdue. I saw Dr. Wong back in February 2021 and I was immediately impressed. After a consultation with a Strabismus surgeon near-ish by, I needed to get my prescription updated stat for surgery measurements. I called all over the area and was super surprised when the gals at Wink said they could see me (and my husband for contacts) the same day! That was so so nice of them, especially because they did not have to squeeze us in. Dr. Wong was a really great guy and didn't try to do unnecessary tests (or prisms), considering I had just been through a ton of them. He was kind, understanding, patient, and precise. When I was picking out my new glasses, I tried on the Tom Fords (pictured) for a laugh, and was instantly in love with how different they looked. My whole life I've hated glasses and was heavily bullied growing up for my thick googly left lens prescription.. I never knew feeling good in glasses was a real thing. The girls were very supportive and ruled out a few other pairs with me to make sure I was certain.... I think they knew I needed a little encouragement. Price wise, glasses are expensive no matter what, but EyeMed helps a lot! It's ok to invest in your mental health and make sure you get something nice. The only issue I have is they don't have the warranty or insurance, but I can do that through my home warranty... something I didn't know until they let me know that was the best option! Also, knowing it will be a costly mistake to scratch or damage these glasses, I now treat them like gold! Overall, I was very happy with my experience at Wink optometry with Dr. Wong and would recommend this location. Two thumbs up from me!

This was perhaps the worst customer service experience I've had lately. Rather than try to find a less expensive prescription lens for a new pair of Maui Jim's and a pair of replacement lenses as they said they would, I simply gave up after 4 reminder phone calls. It took me 3 visits to get them to just give me the prescription. If you've got money and time to burn, this is your place; it's just not mine......

Dr. Wong is awesome! I had lasik done 6 years ago and he was my pre/post op doctor. My vision is better than 20/20 now. Highly recommend him.
