My overall experience was nothing short of spectacular. Dr Thai was professional, friendly, and informative in regard to my eye exam. The assistants I would have to say is what makes this place special. Everyone was super friendly and inviting and made my time there a joyous experience. I couldn't catch her name but the short girl was super patient and understanding when it came time to pick out my frames, and I had no issues with any clerical work. 10/10 would recommend.

I don't know why they don't follow up on comments to improve the clinics' reputation. This affects them. I'll have to go to this clinic because it's the closest, but I hope my experience with them is good. I'm an influencer and I write everything on social media.

Quick and efficient. You can see the team work and the results. I had my appointment at 3:30 and it took exactly 30 minutes to be out. Processes are handled in timely maner and appropriate attention.

I recently called to set up an appointment for my child. I had to call three separate times with no resolution. The woman I spoke with stated she would be waiting for my call back, when I finally called back everyone in the office stated they were not waiting for a call back and had no idea. Their customer service is awful, when asking for a supervisor and speaking with Claudia (or Gloria) they were hesitant to give me their supervisor's name.

I have been going to both of the Dr. Farrells since I was 15 years old ( I think). Dr. Allyson Farrell for regular exams and Dr. Robert Farrell for contact lens exams and fittings. Even while I was in college, I drove back home to have my eyes checked and my glasses/contacts ordered instead of finding a new eye doctor in my area. Dr. Robert has always taken his time to explain a lot about my vision and eyes to me. We went through several contact trial lenses to find the contacts that worked best for my lifestyle and my eyes needs. Also, the office staff have always been patient while I try on pretty much every pair of glasses in the office before committing to a decision. I never have a problem finding a pair of glasses that I "love" and keeping the costs reasonable. They even shipped my glasses and contacts directly to me while I was in college for convenience.

I bring my kids here for the last two years, the staff is very rude they talk to people not in a welcoming way, the front staff needs to work on their people skills. Drs are Awsome! Sad they do not focus on front staff issues. But overall its not too bad! Their not mean to all. Fyi?

The optometrist is great,however, the reception staff is the worst. I preferred to go get my glasses somewhere else than have them help me. People with that attitude should work in the back where they don't interact with the customer.

They do not let you know ahead of time that there will be a 35 dollar fee for not canceling your appointment. Please go somewhere else they are money hungry. Please I advise you to not even go here customer service / understanding is non existent.
