The staff and Dr were very professional. The facility was modern and well equipped. My rating is low as my appointment was for 8 am. I arrived at 7:50, the staff did my initial screening at 8:30 however the Dr didn't arrive in the office until 8:45. By that time all of the Pierre backed up. My total time with the staff and Dr was no more than than 10 minutes yet I was there for 90 minutes. This was my second visit and the same experience. I am a professional too, my schedule is equally as important and should be treated as such.

The staff member Natalie is rude and has an attitude. She mispronounced my name. I corrected her and she didn't like that. Continues to be rude. There should be no place for a person to be like that. The doctors are great here but the staff needs more professional training.
