I have been visiting Dr. Michael and his team for years now. When he was located off Torrance Blvd. My mom connected me and my dad with them. I have been a patient since. Their team has always been welcoming. From check in, to the pre-doctor meeting, doctor visits, and glasses selection and fitting it has always been a great experience. They have a great selection of frames. In the time that we've been there (more than 15-20 years I'm sure) my mom had 1 experience where she was spoken to incorrectly. I addressed it with management and they heard and empathized with my concern. My dad has had a great experience and speaks highly of his experience. I finally met Daniel today whom my dad chats it up with when he gets glasses. Now I understand why. He's very patient and explains things. Otherwise, everything is smooth sailing. I highly recommend their practice.

Dr. Hansen is very thourough and knowledgeable my eye exam was detailed, he took the time to make sure every aspect of my eye health was carefully checked.
I appreciate how comprehensive & professional the entire visit was.

As a new patient I was a bit nervous entering the practice...so a smile and friendly greeting would have been appreciated. The technician was very thorough but again wish he had smiled and told me his name. Dr. Lie was wonderful! Very upbeat with a friendly greeting, very professional as she explained all the test results in terms I could understand. I will definitely return to Advance Eyecare Center next year for my yearly exam. Keep smiling!

My appointment was at 9 I got there at 9 by 9:05 they called me in did all the test that needed to be done and by 9:30 maybe 9:40 I was headed home. The staff is friendly place is nice and clean . The doctor was great answered all my questions I have been coming here since 2016 can't find a better place to go.
