Update: I called three listed number and spoke with someone. 2 people did show up and open the doors at 9:35ish. I was seen but I did not feel very welcome. My entire appt took much longer than I expected as I was there for over an hour and a half.
I came back to pick up my order the next day and was helped by Zane. Zane was very friendly and helpful, I really appreciated that and it made my pickup pleasant.
Original post: Hours are listed on the site and on the door as opening at 9:00 a.m. there are people waiting here for their 9:30 appointments including myself, but there are no employees inside and the building is closed up.

I just had the absolute BEST experience I've ever had at an optometrist before. Zain was so kind and helped me with my budget and saved me so much, everyone there is so kind and helpful, I didn't have to wait long at all, plus I got my new glasses the exact same day!! And a pair of 30 day contacts! AND it'll only take them maybe a week to get in my subscription of contacts, they're the fastest place I've ever been to in my 20 years of wearing glasses. I couldn't recommend this place more! (Give Zain a raise he absolutely is a saint and had me leaving the store happiest I've ever been over glasses)

I just had my very first eye exam in my life here because I've been having issues with my eyesight recently. Upon arrival, the staff were very passive aggressive towards me and essentially treated me like I was stupid. I'm not stupid, I've just never done this before lol
I waited about 20 minutes past my initial appointment time and when it finally began they informed me there wasn't actually a doctor onsite until some other day of the week (I can't recall) and that the exam was virtual, which is fine for me, but I understand others might need more support and assistance from an in-person doctor.
After my exam, the staff were again very passive aggressive when I asked questions about what happens next-- like I said, I have never had an eye exam before so of course I'm confused! The sales associate was very nice, however, and helped walk me through getting my insurance and such to pay for the exam + glasses. All around, definitely a 2/5.
