Customer service is not good regarding warranty for glasses got new glasses in less than 2 weeks glasses started cracking and broke just cleaning 5hem, they will not replacement it free of charge. Claiming their shipping cost 45.00 lost my hole family of 6 customers.

Had an excellent experience: the front desk was courteous and Dr.M, despite being very busy, was able to accommodate our large group last minute. She's very knowledgeable and clearly explained what to do about all the issues I was experiencing. The selection of designer frames was amazing and we all got our glasses rather quickly. Highly recommend!

Excellent Service, knowledgeable team. Their optician Karri was very friendly and helpful when navigating my first set of glasses and what my plan coverages would take care of.

Disappointed...when I went into the office to pay for my eye glasses, I specifically asked if I could pick up after work at 5pm. I was told yes, after calling to see if my glasses had finally came in, now I'm told they close at 4:30. The office manager was very rude. Will not be going back there

The staff is mostly friendly but often seems rushed. Dr. Mojaddidi is clear with her explanations during exams. I feel very comfortable putting my eye care in her hands. Karri has been assisting me for years with frame selection and she is always honest and kind with her opinions. She is great about explaining costs so there aren't (too many) surprises! She is a terrific asset to the practice!

The appointment was quick and ended with Karri taking time to help me pick out the perfect set of glasses. She had great suggestions and made the task very easy to do!! We had an excellent experience at this place! I have tried several different optometrists over the years and so far my best experience was with Family Eye Associates. Their customer services was amazing every step of the way. The staff was extremely helpful starting at check-in as they already had all the paperwork prepped with the information filled in. I have been struggling with dry eyes for some years and have a complicated prescription. Dr. Mojaddidi helped me find contacts that made it possible for me to go back to wearing contacts. The optician, Karri, was also extremely helpful. Not only did she explain in detail how we should select a frame for our faces, she also explained our benefits to us in detail and helped us take advantage of our benefits in a way that perfectly suited our needs. In addition, she updated us constantly until our glasses and contacts were delivered.

The staff was friendly. Dr. M took her time to explain her examination and answer my questions. The optician Karri helped me pick out a fashionable/optimal pair of glasses (and within my budget). Great first experience!!
