America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Carolyn was great. I walked in thinking I needed to return my second pair of glasses because they didn't fit my face properly. She waved us over and knew exactly how to fix my issues after assessing how they sat on my face. She did further adjustments after a few comments I made and I was stunned. They fit perfectly to my face. She then adjusted my other pair after noticing I wore ear hooks to keep them from sliding down my face. This whole time I thought it was inevitable since my lenses are so thick, no, that's not the case. They were just never adjusted to my face properly. She made adjustments to much husbands glasses as well and we both walked away saying she knows what she's doing and she's doing it well. There's adjusting glasses and there's adjusting to people's specific facial features so they sit properly which is what she's doing.

Amazing customer service provided by the staff. The doctor is very nice. And the prices are very reasonable. I called in the morning and was able to obtain the following day appointment. day appointment. She took basic information what would be covered.nIt was a breeze to check in, had an eye exam and my optometrist visit. I highly recommend Eyeglass from America's Best in Folsom.

Got three pair of new glasses from them. Big mistake. At $850 for the glasses with basic no named frames I would have hoped they would be good. Unfortunately, they are terrible. When I picked the, up from the empty store the girl there was not happy that she had to get up off the desk and walk to the drawer and to get the. For me. Cases are as if they came out of a swap meet and after having the glasses for a couple days they feel cheep and not nearly as good as my old one I got from Kaiser. I will never use the, again and suggest you go anywhere else, they will be happy not to have to get up off their chair to help you for sure.

Mickela was fabulous to work with. From the moment I walked in I was greeted and let her know that I was interested in Pair eyewear to try on, she did not pressure me but let me try on all different pairs and then let me have a closer look at her desk. I was letting her know what I previously had and what drew me to the pair glasses. We discussed Disney and later began to chat out our favorite characters. I was sold on the frames and narrowed down the best ones to fit my face. She took measurements, we confirmed the Rx and the process was done! With the winter storms I was quoted a reasonable date incase there was any delay, to my surprise she called a week early and they were in! I loved the pair and had to get used to my new Rx before adding in the toppers. One of my toppers wasn't quite fitting right so I returned and she was able to get it all fixed up and back to normal! I appreciated her service and smiling face every trip I came in for. Now I just have to stay away so I don't buy all the toppers to go with my new Pair! Thanks again!

UNPROFESSIONAL!! If there was any word I could give as a review it would be unprofessional. I am not from Sacramento, and I moved here recently so I was anticipating on finding a new center for an eye exam for contacts. I went for my initial eye exam in December 2023 it was until today February 24, 2024 when I finally received my TRIAL pairs. I had been repeatedly calling leading up from Christmas to after New Year's, anticipating That I would be getting my trial pairs soon they kept telling me that my prescription was strong because I have an astigmatism and it was going to take about a month. I called again, and one staff member actually looked into my file and seen that an order was never made for my trial pairs. I can't believe that I was lied to or the staff was too lazy to look into my file and double check on my Contact lenses. When I went into my appointment to try on my new contacts, A man had me sit down at a table and gave me my trial pairs to put on, I told him that it's been a few years since I wore contacts so my eyes are watery. He did not offer a station to wash my hands, nor any tissue. My eyes were very watery from not wearing contacts for so long so I had tears dripping down my face and after I had seen the optometrist who look like they were training, it was not the previous person that I met with, I walk out to the front, not knowing how to check out so I asked someone that I'm checking out for my appointment and I'll be needing my contact prescription. The lady was looking for it and then eventually another staff member said they had my paper the whole time. I have not had a good experience at all and I definitely will not be coming back. I only came here because it was one of the offices that was approved for my insurance but I will be taking my money and business elsewhere, where I can actually feel welcomed and the staff care about what they do not just for a paycheck. .
