I came to LensCrafters to buy a new pair of reading glasses and was helped by an employee named Heather. My experience was excellent. Heather was very knowledgeable and helpful, and I was in and out of the store quickly.

Terrible experience and would not recommend, and they gave me a prescription that would've made me sick. I saw that it had great reviews online so I booked an appointment. Went there to get an eye exam so I could get new glasses at the two day turnover rate that they promised online. Instead, I got an over the top eye exam, where they went so far as to take my blood pressure. When I asked the reason for the blood pressure test, the person assisting me didn't even know the reason why, which I found odd. After, I was brought in to the doctor's office where he only gave four options to choose from. When I told the doctor that yes, although the picture together looked better than my current prescription but was still blurry, I was shown the same four options. After five minutes of insisting that none of these options worked since I wasn't getting a clear image in either eye, the doctor told me it was "good enough" and gave me a prescription. On top of that, after I went up to the desk, the employees behind the desk were extremely unhelpful when their form that I had already filled out didn't show up correctly on their end, and kept insisting that I didn't do it correctly. After leaving, I went to our normal eye doctor's office (that I didn't go to this time because of a longer turnover rate) to get a second opinion on the prescription that LensCrafters gave me. When I consulted with the doctor there, I found that the doctor at LensCrafters had upped my astigmatism prescription so much that using it would've made me sick and nauseous from wearing them. I would recommend going anywhere else than here, especially if you want a good prescription and good experience.

Jack was incredibly patient and helpful as I searched for a specific frame style. Although the exact one I wanted wasn't available, he offered several great alternatives and helped me find a pair that met all my criteria. I also appreciated that LensCrafters accepts my Eyemed insurance, which made the price very reasonable. Overall, a great experience!

I would not at all recommend a visit to this location. I had two appointments here during the last two weeks. One for an exam and another to pick up trial lenses. Both times, I waited over an hour to see the optometrist. Once I got my contact lenses confirmed, they tried to pressure me into spending $150 on contacts per eye, when I showed them that the same exact prescription was 1/3 of this price online. They still tried to make it seem That I should buy from them. The people here are unprofessional. I wouldn't waste your time with this location.

I have been needing to get new glasses for quite a while now and my husband has been telling my to take a look at the glasses at Lens Crafters by his job. I was a little nervous because I felt Lens Crafters was a bit pricy, but, I caved and took a look. When I got there Lauren approached me immediately and asked me what I was looking for. I Told her that I need two new pairs of glasses and something within my range. Lauren was beyond helpful with helping me out. She helped me try on multiple glasses and really helped me find what I was looking for. Now I have two new high end Burberry and Dolce & Gabbana for a really good price. Everything about my experience was absolutely amazing from the moment I walked in to the moment I left, and even after I received my glasses. My glasses even came with brand cases to put them in :)

Stopped by Lenscrafters to have my new glasses adjusted. Heather greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. I was worried my PD measurements were off and Heather measured that for me as well. The visit cost me nothing, too, even though my glasses were not purchased here. Thank you again, Heather, for all your help!
