I've been taking my family and kid here for 5+. This is the best eye doctor I have been to. Dr combs is amazing with my daughter and has go out of her way to see her and correct her issue. When the same issue began to present itself again she had us come in immediately to verify it had returned. I highly recommend this office.

I recently visited as a new patient, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. When I called this morning to schedule an appointment, Madison at the front desk was incredibly helpful. She managed to squeeze me in on short notice, accommodating my schedule perfectly, and showed great understanding of my discomfort. Upon arriving for my appointment, I was greeted by a friendly staff who made me feel welcome right away. Everyone I interacted with went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of. The level of care and professionalism at this office is truly commendable. I highly recommend to anyone in need of eye care. They genuinely care about their patients, and it shows!

The best optometrist and team! We love our annual checkups and the support we have from the doctor and the staff... they are helpful in picking glasses, making sure you know the health of your eyes, etc. Top notch care!

First time in for an eye exam for new glasses today. I was greeted as soon as I came in the door. Friendly staff, everything explained as I was checked in and pre-examined before seeing the Doctor. The Doctor was very thorough, I never felt rushed. I'm glad I made the switch from my old optometrist!

I have an immense amount of admiration for Dr. Combs. She is very thorough and explains any issue that you want to talk about. She spotted an issue I had years ago and took immediate action. Her staff is great and they seem to have the latest devices to analyze your eyes. Great place and people.

What can I say about this place? Set aside the fact that the owners are personal friends and adopted family, Visually Sound Optometry is now my definite go to from now on for my prescription eyewear. The selection of frames is amazing and I found my style and what I liked within minutes despite a huge selection to choose from- classic styles, fashionable and TODAY as well classic styles as well. Checkup/exam is easy peasy lemon squeeze- I absolutely HATE my eyes messed with but the staff were on point professional, caring and made it a non-issue...in short, done and done and I didn't feel uncomfortable AT ALL. Speaking of the staff, EVERYONE was professional, friendly, and took care of things toot sweet. Not a detractor or gripe at all, but they were a bit behind on handling things but that's the mark of a well run business catering to many repeat clients as well as new clientele. Visually Sound Optometry is a great business and despite being friends with ownership, I'd be a customer regardless. I'd give way more than the limited 5 stars if I could.
