I was just passing through town and had broken my sunglasses. Stopped in at 3 pm and they fixed the frames (replaced a lost screw) and put in new nose pads. No cost! Super friendly place!

Very pleased with my overall experience. It was my first eye exam at this clinic as I normally go to another local clinic who's optometrist retired. Dr. French is smart, knowledgeable and the exam was more thorough than I've had at other clinics and the staff were helpful and professional. I had a very significant loss of vision that happened overnight. The office is closed on Fridays and then they had taken the following Monday off due to Easter. I called the office (i am a patient) but they were more concerned about insurance and then they would not be able to see me until May. The girl suggested I go elsewhere to get my eyes looked at. Great customer service fortuna optometrist. You just lost one patient. I would suggest not to use this establishment, they don't care about your eye site.

So this place isn't taking anyone who has partnership due to the fact that they don't make any money off the people coming. This is one of the saddest companies I've ever heard of. You should not only be ashamed of yourselves but should also close your shop. I'll leave you with this to ponder on. "Then he said to them, 'Watch out! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; life does not consist in an abundance of possessions'" (Luke 12:15). Life is about more than money.

Well I thought it was patient with Dr French since I was knee how to grasshopper I'm now almost 40 years old and not a new patient but they won't see me because I have partnership for medical so so much for you know 25 years plus of going to him now I can't go because my medical is not good enough
