Focus Optometry

Have been seeing Dr Feliciano since before I moved to Foster City in 2011. She is excellent, always shows me the photos and stats on my eyes explaining results in easy to understand terminology. Nancy has always been there and the full staff is delightful! Always enjoy my visits there!

If you're looking for great care, look no further. Dr. Chang is a perfectionist in the best way possible, and the office staff are absolute gems. They went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and made me feel right at home. Thank you all for the amazing service!

I have been a patient of Dr. Doris Chang's for years and just wanted to say how much I appreciated her thoroughness and professionalism during my exams. She takes the time to learn about you, your lifestyle, history, and any issues that pertain to your vision and eye health. I learned a lot about my eyes and especially liked being able to view my retinal images and the wellness scans with her explanations of what she looks for during these exams. I have never received a more thorough and engaging eye exam than with her. She is knowledgeable, detailed, and compassionate. You can tell she really cares about her patients and their wellbeing. I also found her staff to be incredibly helpful, and there's a good assortment of frames to choose from. They're very friendly and informative about my insurance and what it covers. I highly recommend Dr. Chang and Focus Optometry for all your eye care needs!

I had a great experience with Dr. Feliciano today at Focus Optometry. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. I never felt rushed--she really made sure I understood my eye health and options. Her calm and patient approach made the whole visit very comfortable. Her staff was also warm, welcoming and professional , which added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend!

They charged me extra for a service I never received, and their attitude was consistently very dismissive, rude and unreasonable. The quality of the glasses is poor -- it already has scratches when I received it (see attached photo), while I have not worn it at all. They made a pair of sunglasses in the wrong color. When I pointed it out, they flatly denied it and insisted the color was correct, effectively treating me as if I were color-blind rather than taking responsibility for their error. I end up have to take the mirror off the glass to receive the correct color. Despite this being entirely their fault, they refused to provide any refund or compensation and continued to respond with an extremely dismissive and unprofessional attitude. Don't come.

THEY GASLIGHT CUSTOMERS. My friend visited here. Got a pair of glasses that have the wrong color. They insisted that the color was right---just different people may perceive it differently. They insisted that they would do nothing to make it right. I have never seen such a ridiculous claim. Stay away from here.
