Dr. Nancy Imamoto Optometry

Doctor Nancy Imamoto is the BEST optometrist! My wife had an emergency situation and there was no rushing but instead she took time to explain exactly what was going on to allay our anxiety and fears. Her diagnosis was detailed, precise and she was so patient to answer all our questions. Her office staff was equally top shelf professional and warm.

I was with the Dr. Imamoto, the framing that I get was overpriced. Oakley Holbrook RX OX8156 price $290.00 after I got my glasses. A week later I had check other places and online for the same glasses frame the cost was $81.70 to $100.51 I did called the store and the Dr. assistant say that the buy from certain place. No a good answer, be careful the Dr. very nice but very overpriced.

I got my contact lenses here as a first time switching from glasses to contacts. I 100% recommend if you have been thinking about being a contact user. The process was really fast and easy, it took under an hour from being taught how to use them and take care of them I was really excited and happy with my choice. Dr.Nancy has been my doctor I believe for a couple of years she is very professional and knows what she is doing, as well as helping you out with many choices that you most feel comfortable with. Not to mention the environment is spectacular, it's so clean and peaceful. The people who work there are very nice and approachable. I have never had a negative interaction with this place!

I have been coming to Dr. Imamoto for a few years. She is always polite and friendly. She does a great job communicating and getting to know her patients. She also sees my son and husband and is great with them. Staff is always polite, friendly and fully transparent when communicating. Appointments are booked accordingly and there is no excessive wait time. :)

First booking an appointment was easy and got a quick date. I took my 6 y/o to get her first eye exam here. Dr. Nancy was very patient, polite and friendly. My baby felt nervous going in but quickly started to feel comfortable. The place was very clean which I loved. Staff was very professional and polite. I was so happy with her services that I booked an appointment for myself.

Office staff was friendly and very helpful. Was seen promptly even as a new patient and got added help with scheduling another appointment for my teen. Dr. Imamoto answered my questions and so easy to connect with. Location super convenient and while office was small - overall I was very happy with having selected this provider.

Dr. Imamoto and her team were very professional in their scheduling and delivery of services. They were able to me whether my insurance was accepted over the phone and schedule me in. The office is very clean and not overly busy so they were can focus on my appointment and care, answering all questions thoroughly.

I felt very comfortable and safe knowing that they limit the number of people waiting in the office. Dr. Imamoto takes excellent notes so she's able to follow up with items from your last visit. She's very helpful and thorough and I didn't feel rushed. I definitely recommend giving the office a try.
