My mom and I have been coming here since Dr. Rudley owned the practice, and we have continued coming since Dr. Hovhannisyan took over! When they first opened, we were excited to meet the new staff and delighted by the new exam technology. Everyone working here is so kind, helpful, and wonderful to talk to. My mom frequently gets her glasses cleaned or fitted/adjusted while waiting for appointments and they always make sure that everything is perfect before we leave. We've also had some insurance billing issues recently and they worked with us for months to make sure it was all cleared up. We always look forward to our appointments here and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new optometry practice!

I've gone to this particular optometry office for many years, which was first owned by Dr. Rudely. Dr. Hovhannisyan has now taken over the practice and it has been such a pleasure to have him as my optometrist over the last few years. There is upgraded imaging equipment to aid in assessing the health of my eyes and a vast selection of sunnies and glasses to choose from! Dr. Hovhannisyan is very knowledgeable and as we call it in the inpatient setting, has amazing "bedside" manner. He's easy to talk to and I always feel heard when I bring up a concern. If anyone is looking for a new optometrist, I highly recommend Dr. Hovhannisyan and his team at Mission Family Optometry!

We have been with Dr. Hovhannisyan since he first started his practice here, and we truly couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Over the years, he has taken care of our entire family with such professionalism, patience, and genuine care. He takes time to explain everything clearly, answers all our questions, and never makes us feel rushed. Whether it's a routine eye exam, updating prescriptions, or addressing concerns, he is always thorough and attentive. What we appreciate most is how consistent and caring the staff as well . As a first-time patient, I was so impressed by the welcoming environment at Mission Family Optometry. Dr. Hovhannisyan is the absolute BEST along side with his incredibly caring and knowledgeable team. I am very particular when it comes to glasses so it can be a challenge within itself, but luckily they have a wide selection of beautiful frames that made it easy to find the perfect pair. I was even fortunate enough to find a 2nd pair and walk out with new glasses all within the same day! I'm so appreciative of the attentive care I received and will be recommending to everyone.

I've been coming to this office for a while and every time I visit I'm treated very well! Every one is so friendly and helpful. The first time I went was to replace a nose piece on my glasses I've had for a few years. My eyes don't change very much so I rarely need to change the frames. I went in expecting to need to pay for the part and labor and since I'm not a customer have to wait. I was greeted as soon as I went in, they had a couple of people being helped before me. My wait wasn't even more than 5 minutes and as soon as I told them why I was there they asked to see my glasses and took it to the back and came back with the nose piece installed and lenses sparkling clean. I asked how much I owed and they said it's no charge. Couldn't believe it! They asked only to take a card and consider them next time I need a checkup or glasses. I've been coming there ever since. I took my prescription the next week for some new sun glasses and was extremely happy! Just finished having my eyes checked and finally replaced my old frames for new lite weight frames and I'm very happy! You need to check this office out, there's always customers there but you never have to wait long and you will be very happy with the results!

The staff here are incredibly helpful, kind, and informative when it comes to your eye care. They take the time to provide quality service individually and thoughtfully every time, answering all your questions and breaking everything down to help you make the best informed decision. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my eyes!
