Walked in, walked around looking at frames for about 15 minutes and no one approached me to assist with my visit. Three employees. One was helping a prospective customer and the the other two ignored me. I rather go elsewhere, even if it's more expensive.

Right when I walked in Jessica was one out the three employees to help me out. She helped me select the perfect frame shape to fit my face as well as a pair of sunglasses where she explained the importance of using them if I am out daily ! She was super helpful and patient ( especially appreciated since I'm a very indecisive person) amazing customer service and will be definitely returning for my next pair!!

I wanted to review this place and give it a 5 Star because Dr. Housepian and the staff was very informative. I was also assisted by Harold who gave me all the information I needed regarding my eye insurance. There was also another staff member who assisted me to evaluate my vision before seeing the doctor and I wanted to acknowledge her friendly service as well. The entire experience was smooth and one of the best ones I have gotten from last eye doctor visit. I definitely recommend this place for your vision needs!

Jessica has terrible customer service. Originally got my eye exam done here in JULY. They were adding a bunch of unnecessary features to my glasses (probably for their commission) so I decided not to get my frames with them but they still used my insurance as if I did. Do not recommend this place.
