Granite Bay Vision Care Optometry

I just wanted to share a fantastic experience I recently had during my visit to Granite Bay Vision Care Optometry. My son and I went in because he wanted a new pair of sunglasses to wear while on the baseball field, and while we were there, I decided to treat myself to a new pair of sunglasses as well. Ashley assisted us throughout the entire selection process, and let me tell you, she was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly helpful, informative, and patient as we both tried on numerous pairs of sunglasses before finally finding the perfect ones. Her dedication to ensuring we were happy with our choices was truly commendable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of a sturdy athletic or stylish new pair of sunglasses. The service was top-notch, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience.

Over 25 years ago, I used to see Dr. Lockhart for my vision care until I had LASIK and no longer needed regular visits. But even after all these years, whenever I've had issues with my sunglasses--like a loose screw or a popped-out lens--his team at Granite Bay Vision Care has always helped me, never expecting anything in return. I had the best experience with Monica who tested my eyes. She was so patient so calm and listen to me and deliver exceptional. Customer service with so much care Anmol could not have been kinder and helping me with all of my Eye questions, especially in regards to my glasses she fixed them. She went above and beyond that any other Eye Dr Office had ever done. She deserves a gold star and Ashley is absolute the best person that runs the office and always has a smile on her face even on the phone and Dr Lockhart did a good job !! Dr. Kevin Lockhart is very knowledgeable and takes the time to clearly explain his diagnosis, which I really appreciate. The office team, Anmol and Monica, are the best--always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Great overall experience!

I had such a great experience here! I was getting a coffee at Pete's and by chance popped in to check it out. I'm SO SO glad I did. Ammol, Monica, and Ashley were so helpful and supportive! They helped me pick the perfect frames and, more importantly, they were incredibly patient with my daughter who was in a mood. The selection was awesome and Dr. K, who did my exam was great too. But the staff truly went above and beyond. I'm so grateful to have them on my team! Thanks guys, you'll be seeing me once a year.
